Patients who are Plaintiffs or Defendants are provided comprehensive medical care of high quality. Our highly skilled staff is very experienced with the unique nature of these cases that involve coordination a patient’s health care with insurers, adjusters, employers, attorneys, and case managers. These cases often require extra attention and paper work – temporary or permanent restrictions, modified duty, medical reports, & disability ratings if appropriate.

Expert Witness Testimony or Reports are services provided by Orthopaedic Surgery and Performing Arts Medicine.  This can include reports, deposition or trial appearances, as indicated. 

Independent Medical Exams (IME) and Disability Ratings are other services provided by Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports and Performing Arts Medicine. These reports can be an important tool in assessing a patient with persistent injury characteristics.
