About Your Visit
Our office conveniently provides health care in the metropolitan areas of District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.
Patients are welcome from across the United States and every corner of the globe. We treat patients of all ages and our staff is fluent in Spanish. We strive to provide top quality care in an individualized personal manner tailored to your needs. All of our facilities are ADA compliant and have easy access to parking or public transportation.

Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please contact our office. We are determined to get you an appointment as soon as possible. For urgent matters, ask about same day appointments or appointments within 48 hours.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior; this will allow us to find another appointment time that works for you and to give your original time slot to another patient. Failure to cancel you appointment in a timely manner may result in a no-show fee for all missed appointments. Don't hesitate to ask for assistance.
For Your Appointment
Please keep in mind that new patient registration takes some time due to several health care regulations. Please be prepared by arriving early and remember to bring the following:
- Insurance Information
- Any required referral, legal/Auto, or workman's compensation documents - failure to do so may delay being seen or forcing an appointment to be rescheduled
- Driver License or State ID - Valid picture IDA list of current medications and any known allergies
- Please bring any materials from prior doctor visits, such as Copies of Operation Report, Medical Records, X-rays, MRIs, and CT Scans.
- A list of questions for the staff or physician
Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of service. If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We participate with Medicare and most local health insurance plans, including worker compensation insurances. We treat patients with legal auto claims, and some patients without traditional insurance (private/self pay). Ask our staff for the details. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and/or referral slip with you to be presented at each visit. If we participate with insurance, we will file your insurance claim.
