Surgical Scheduling

On occasion, surgery may be your best option. Our staff is available to assist you in making the surgical experience as smooth, easy and stress free as possible. We are here to help you.

Steps to Surgery:

  • Discussing the surgery with the doctor and getting all of your questions or concerns answered
  • Our staff will contact your insurance company for approval, when possible
  • You may need to see your primary care doctor for evaluation for certain surgeries
  • Selection of a date and time
  • Provide instructions - on when you arrive, stop eating, stop medications, etc.
  • Arranging transportation when indicated (we use a car service upon request)
  • Arrange post operative care and rehabilitation
